The North American International Cyber Summit 2018 hosted by Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, is once again set to take place in the heart of Downtown Detroit at Cobo Center. This event in its seventh year will bring together experts from across the globe to address a variety of cyber-security issues impacting the world. The Summit is scheduled for Monday, October 29, 2018 with an invitation-only Governor’s reception taking place the evening of Sunday, October 28, 2018. The State of Michigan has long been considered a national leader on cyber security, leading the discussion on emerging trends and best practices in policy, law and all manner of public and private interests. The agenda for the event will showcase internationally recognized speakers as well as experts from around the country to lead featured breakout sessions.

You are invited to submit a presentation proposal. Presentation time slots average 45 minutes and may feature a case study or proven example that addresses this year’s theme “Taking the Lead: Collaborating to Solve National Cyber Security Problems – Building partnerships and balancing competition and information sharing for improved security.” Speaking spots are limited!

Presentation ideas include but are not limited to:

  • Innovations and enterprise security
  • Systems security and the Internet of Things
  • Mobile security
  • Protection of critical infrastructure, organizations, and
    individuals against cyber attacks
  • Cybersecurity research frontiers
  • Enterprise vulnerability management

If your presentation is accepted by the Planning Committee, you will be notified of your acceptance by June 30, 2018. Notification will be sent via e-mail to the main point of contact listed on the Submission Form. Conference Attendees include:
