The 2012 Great Lakes Homeland Security Conference & Expo is expected to bring together nearly 1,500 attendees from all levels of government and the private sector, including the disciplines of emergency management, homeland security, law enforcement, fire, emergency medical services, public health and healthcare, and education.
Focusing on "Answering the Call," this year's conference underscores the importance of engaging the whole community in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from a critical event. The conference is sponsored by the Michigan State Police, Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division in partnership with the Michigan Department of Community Health, Office of Public Health Preparedness.
By participating as an exhibitor at the conference, your company will have an excellent opportunity to connect and build long-term relationships with key decision makers statewide. The valuable services and products offered by your company are needed to help continue building Michigan's preparedness and response capabilities.
Exhibit Information and Fees
$550 for each 10-foot x 10-foot booth, which contains the following:
- 8-foot-high draped back and 3-foot side walls
- One 8-foot table
- 2 chairs
- 2 booth representative passes (includes all provided meals). Additional booth representative passes can be purchased.
- Booth sign
$50 for Non-Profit Booth (quantity is limited)
$60 for Electricity
$60 for Extra Booth Representative
Note: Booth sharing is not permitted.

Please read the Exhibitor Agreement and check the appropriate box upon registration indicating it has been read and understood. If the box is NOT checked we will not be able to process your application.
Booths will not be confirmed until they are paid in full. Electricity must be paid at the time of your registration. On-site or late orders will need to be made and paid for directly with Art Craft Display. The exhibit area will be fully carpeted with the exception of the Grand Gallery. Electricity and internet are available for an additional fee. Please complete the Electrical Services Form provided in your Exhibitor Kit
and send it directly to Art Craft Display after completing the registration process and payment. Note: There will be a higher fee for on-site electrical needs.

A detailed confirmation with an invoice and logistical information will be sent out after registration/payment is received.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you cancel after April 1, 2012 and before April 15, 2012 you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after April 15, 2012.
There will be no staffing substitutions accepted after Thursday, April 26, 2012. Note: Individuals will NOT be allowed to enter the exhibition area without a conference badge.
